1. WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address (required) and your name so that we can contact you about Bluehall, and optionally your school and year level so that we can understand who is interested. We do not ask for sensitive information, and you should not provide it.

2. HOW WE USE IT

We use your information only to operate the waitlist and to contact you about our launch and Bluehall’s progress. By joining, you consent to receiving these emails; every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you at any time. We do not sell your information or use it to train artificial intelligence models.

3. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We use service providers, such as our database host Supabase and email provider Resend, to help us run the waitlist. They act on our behalf and only for that purpose. Some personal information is stored by Resend in the United States, where your information is handled overseas. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. We do not otherwise disclose your information, except where required by law or in connection with a business sale or merger.

4. CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE

Our waitlist may be used by people under 18. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian’s permission before joining. A parent or guardian can contact us at any time to access, correct or delete a child’s information, or to remove them from the waitlist.

5. MANAGING YOUR INFORMATION

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, but no system is completely secure. We keep your waitlist information until Bluehall launches and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you unsubscribe, after which we delete it. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time using the details below; we may need to verify your identity first.
